6. Shipping
We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. Purrrs and Paws is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather or customs. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect sizes selected by the customer or change of mind. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
