At Purrrs and Paws, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase

We encourage all customers to review our size guide thoroughly before completing your order. If you have any sizing questions, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to help you find the right fit!


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and verified, we will issue a a refund or store credit equal to the value of the damaged item. Store credits do not expire and can be applied to any future purchase at Purrrs and Paws.
