All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is at the discretion of Purrrs and Paws.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we do and do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates or contact us to inquire about shipping to your country.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Purrrs and Paws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Purrrs and Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Delayed Shipments
Shipping delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Purrrs and Paws is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to file a claim. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the damage.
